- A robust online university, Learning Made Simple Institute, that includes business and professional development, computer skills and other technical training.
- A variety of management and leadership development courses and programs.
- Job-related education such as workshops, conferences and seminars held both externally and internally. C&F will pay for certain training programs/seminars/specific classes that will improve an employee’s skills or job knowledge and lead to a more productive and effective employee.
- Continuing education coursework required for maintaining professional certifications (for attorneys, nurses, CPAs, etc.).
C&F provides support to employees wishing to increase their knowledge of the insurance industry when that increased knowledge will assist them in becoming more productive and effective employees for the Company. C&F pays the registration fees, books and exam fees for approved insurance-related courses.
Education Assistance Plan
In order to create and maintain a versatile workforce that responds to changing industry demands, C&F provides educational assistance to employees wishing to further their education. The plan covers both undergraduate and graduate programs and provides reimbursement for tuition, books and related fees when the employee is approved and attends an accredited institution of higher learning.
